These are allowed on wooden shafts. You can't use them on fiberglass shafts since the fiberglass will eventually punch through.

You should duct tape a piece of 1/2" closed-cell foam to the face of the Thistle Missile, so as to deaden the "bounce-back" effect of the Missile. Secure the head to the shaft with duct tape.
