Part II: Field/Live Testing

(after written approval from the DSMCA)

*Please submit a different report for each bow & each different modification used during testing, if you used more than one.

*Each event and fighter practice needs a separate report.

*Must be submitted within three weeks of the live testing. If any injury, serious problem or failure occurs, please notify the DSMCA ASAP.

Range Testing

Did you do any range testing?

If so how did the modified blunt compare to the original (egg-shaped) blunt?

What was the average difference, in the distance?

Was the arrow with the modified blunt accurate?

Any wobbling in flight, or other problems?

 

The Impact Test (this is impact testing using live targets)

                If concerned about impact, you can start from further away, then move closer if further distance shots are ok. Please note here if you did that:
